By engaging the services of H&A Mandate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 “H&A Mandate” (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to the shipping company providing the
services under these terms and conditions.

1.2 “Client” (“you” or “your”) refers to the individual or entity who engages the services of H&A Mandate.

1.3 “Goods” refer to the items that are to be shipped by H&A Mandate on behalf of the Client.

2. Packing and Sealing

2.1 H&A Mandate offers packing and sealing services to Clients at an additional cost. The Client can
choose to avail these services to ensure their Goods are packed and sealed according to the
Company’s specifications and standards.

2.2 If the Client chooses not to avail the packing and sealing services offered by H&A Mandate, the Client
is solely responsible for packing and sealing their Goods in a manner suitable for transport.

3. Liability for Damage

3.1 H&A Mandate shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of the
Goods during the shipping process if the Goods were not packed and sealed by H&A Mandate.

3.2 The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless H&A Mandate, its directors, officers, employees, agents,
and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs,
including legal fees and court costs, arising out of or in connection with any damage to the Goods
during the shipping process if the Goods were not packed and sealed by H&A Mandate.

4. Insurance

4.1 The Client may choose to purchase insurance for the Goods to cover any potential loss or damage
during the shipping process. The Client is responsible for selecting and purchasing the appropriate
insurance policy and understanding the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United Kingdom and Nigeria without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out
of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

By using H&A Mandate’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
